No limit on number of entries for referring prospective customers to us.  Refer one that fully completes quote process, and names you as the referral source, get one entry. Refer 10 that fully complete the quote process, and names you as the referral source get 10 entries.  Refer 50 that fully complete the quote process and names you as the referral source, get 50 entries.

    • TPI must not already insured your auto or home.
    • Contest participant must be a Texas homeowner
    • Home must be owned by, and the primary residence of, contest participant
    • Home and property must be well maintained and in insurable condition
    • Vehicles quoted must be registered in Texas in the name of the contest participant or spouse
    • Vehicle quote must include all autos owned by named insured and/or spouse.
    • Participant must fully cooperate in the entire quote process, including answering / completing all questionnaires / provide all information requested by TPI that is needed to quote
    • Must provide declaration pages of current policies and other required documentation to underwrite and properly quote, as determined by TPI
    • Must have current home and auto coverage for past 12 months with no more than a 20 day lapse in coverage
      • Exception given for new home purchase
    • Must own the home and autos being quoted
    • Must quote home and auto.  Individual home or auto quotes do not qualify
    • Renters quotes do not qualify (Home must be owned by contest participant)
    • Contest entry based on quote and full participation in quote process, but no purchase is required for entry
    • We reserve the right to decline any quote request
    • TPI Employees, contractors, and immediate family are not eligible
  • Details for business quote entry
    • TPI Must not already insure your business
    • Must cooperate fully in quote process for 2 or more lines of business
    • Participant must be the owner, officer, managing member, or decision maker authorized to sign legal contracts on behalf of the business
    • Must be Texas domiciled business
    • Participant must be 18 years old or older
    • Must have been in business for at least 3 years
      • New ventures do not qualify
    • Must have current commercial coverage for lines being quoted in force for the past 36 months with no more than 20 days lapse in coverage
    • Participant must fully cooperate in the entire quote process, including answering / completing all questionnaires / provide all information requested by TPI that is needed to quote
    • Must provide declaration pages of current policies and other required documentation to underwrite and properly quote, as determined by TPI
    • Must provide 3 Yrs currently valued Loss Runs
    • Qualifying lines of business for quote entry (Must quote at least 2 of the following lines of business):
      • Business Auto
        • Autos must be titled to the business or business owner, in the event of sole proprietorship
      • Business Owners
      • General Liability / Commercial Property Package – This is considered one line of business for the purposes of this contest
      • Workers Compensation
      • Commercial Umbrella
      • Inland Marine (Equipment schedule, etc)
      • Management Liability Lines (D&O, EPLI, etc)
      • Cyber Liability
    • Class / Type of business must fit into our standard markets.  Non-standard / excess and surplus lines business classes and operations do not qualify for this promotion
      • Examples of qualifying classes of business (Certain restrictions apply for all classes) include but are not limited to:
        • Most contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc)
        • Oilfield contractors and operators

    • Contest dates begin 12/01/2020 and end 12/21/2021
